** Wisconsin paramedic facing May trial for allegedly sexually assaulting female patient

** A Wisconsin paramedic from Madison will face trial May 11th for allegedly sexually assaulting a female emergency patient. WKOW (Tony Galli/January 14) said Timothy Ovadal, 37, has been tagged with second-degree sexual assault of an emergency patient and fourth-degree sexual assault. According to the news site, Ovadal indecently touched the woman on May 8, 2019 while she was laying strapped to a stretcher. Although Ovadal has denied the charge, court records show DNA taken from the scene backs the woman’s claims. The EMS unit was traveling between Janesville and Stoughton Hospital at the time.
