** Oklahoma flight paramedic sentenced to jail for tampering with drug vials

UNITED STATES NEWS

** An Oklahoma flight paramedic from Weatherford will be cooling his heels for the next six months in prison after being convicted of replacing Ketamine and Fentanyl vials with saline. KFOR (Kaylee Douglas/December 9) said Colin Andrew Davis, 34, was found guilty of committing the acts in November 2017 while working for an air ambulance service. Prosecutors said at least 4 patients needing the drugs were impacted by the ruse. In another instance, a medevac was cancelled because Davis was both confused and disoriented. Along with jail time, Davis will serve 3 years of supervised release.
