** New Hampshire paramedic succumbs to injuries from after work crash

** New Hampshire paramedics in Nashua are mourning the loss of one of their own after Gilsum practitioner Daniel Murphy died Wednesday evening from injuries sustained in a crash last Sunday. The Union Leader (Shawne K. Wickham/November 21) said Murphy, who worked for American Medical Response, succumbed at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon. He had been in the accident while returning home from work around 2 p.m.. Remembered as a loving family man, he was also noted as someone who loved working EMS and who provided excellent patient care. He leaves his wife Jenn, who is also an AMR paramedic, and four children behind. Funeral services are pending. A Go Fund Me Page has been set up to assist the family with funeral expenses.
