** Texas paramedic indicted for sexually harassing teenage girls in his care

UNITED STATES NEWS

** A Texas paramedic from Arlington could face two years in jail and up to $8,000 in fines after being indicted on charges of sexually harassing teenage girls in his care. That is the word from the Star-Telegram (Deanna Boyd/February 13) which said Aaron Tyler English, 33, faces two counts of official oppression. According to the newspaper, one of the tags relates to an incident in April of 2017 when he allegedly touched the breast of a 17-year-old girl being transported after an attempted suicide. The second accusation, with a 16-year-old female, allegedly involved English making sexual advances to her in January 2018 also after a suicide attempt. English then tried to remain in contact with the girl for several months afterwards, often initiating sexual conversations. English’ employer, meanwhile, American Medical Response, said he was initially suspended after the first report, but was returned to duty. He left his job this past month and is currently out on bond.
