** Nova Scotia woman arrested, charged after threatening to kill paramedics, firing air soft gun at them

** New Brunswick RCMP in Dieppe have charged a Dartmouth, Nova Scotia woman with threatening to kill responding paramedics and firing an airsoft gun at them. That is the word from CTV Atlantic (January 15) which said Morgan Maryanne Conners, 25, has been tagged with a slew of offences in relation to the January 5th incident. According to the news site, Conners’ car drove off the road around 2:30 p.m., prompting an emergency response. Upon arrival at the scene, both paramedics and firefighters said she fired on them. Conners was shortly apprehended. She has been tagged with uttering threats to kill as well as with multiple weapons offences, including one for possession of brass knuckles in a motor vehicle. An additional charge includes possession of cannabis for the purpose of distribution. Connors, who remains in custody, is set for her first provincial court appearance Friday in Moncton for a bail hearing.
