** Pennsylvania EMT jailed for molesting ambulance patients

UNITED STATES NEWS

** A former Pennsylvania EMT from Stroudsburg has been sentenced to two years behind bars for molesting ambulance patients during 2016-17. That is the word from WNEP (Laurie Monteforte/June 21) which said Matthew Menist, 32, who worked for Suburban Ambulance Company at the time, was given the term Thursday. According to the news site, Menist pleaded guilty to committing the crimes against one adult and two teens while the patients were in his care in the ambulance. All three apparently suffered from mental health problems. Along with jail time, he will also serve four years probation and will have to register as a sex offender for 15 years.
