** Names released in Minnesota air ambulance crash

** Minnesota authorities in Alexandria have identified the air ambulance crew members injured in a crash Saturday near Lake Winona. The West Central Tribune (September 19) said the three were part of a North Memorial Health Care team. According to the newspaper, those injured include pilot Joshua Jones, 47, flight nurse Scott Scepaniak, 44, and flight paramedic Miles Weske, 34. All three were listed late Sunday in critical condition. The chopper was en route to a patient pick-up when it went down. Authorities from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are investigating. The preliminary report into the accident should be available by week’s end.
