** Gun fired at Colorado ambulance station

UNITED STATES NEWS

** Colorado police in Commerce City are investigating after an unknown shooter fired into an area ambulance station. The Denver Post (Tom McGhee/August 15) said the .22 caliber round either came from a rifle or pellet gun and was fired through the station’s front door. Police spokesman Cmdr. Robert Thomas said authorities have not yet found the actual casing to definitively identify the weapon it came from. They are also uncertain as to the exact time the round was fired. Thomas said the gunman was likely some kind of prankster as it was a single shot incident.
