** UK man given slap on the wrist community service for headbutting female paramedic

** A London man, who headbutted a female paramedic and kicked a male provider in the stomach,
has been handed community service as a punishment. That is the word from The Standard (Ross
Lydall/February 3) which said Gankhuyag Aldtangerel will have to do 240 hours to fulfill the terms
of his sentence. According to the newspaper, Aldtangerel became combative on December 20th of
last year when medics were hailed to treat an unconscious man. Although revived by the time EMS
arrived, he grew more aggressive in the ambulance, attempting to bite the female medic who was
tending him. He then headbutted and punched her, before attacking her colleague. Along with the
above mentioned sentence, Aldtangerel was also tasked with paying 100 pounds compensation.
