** Wales man jailed after outfitting car like emergency vehicle, running red lights, and speeding

** An elderly Neath, Wales man has been sentenced to 20 months in jail after outfitting his vehicle to look like an ambulance and then using it to run errands around town. That is the word from ITV (May 21) which said Philip Lemonheigh, 60, was convicted of dangerous driving and perverting the course of justice. Court heard Lemonheigh placed blue lights and an emergency response decal on his car and used them to run red lights and speed through the area. He was eventually tagged by a traffic cam. The presiding judge called the entire incident bizarre. In addition to jail time, Lemonheigh also earned himself a 3 year driving prohibition. After that, an extensive test will be required to regain his driver’s licence.
