** A former Royal Australian Navy medic will be spending the next four years in jail after being convicted of drug dealing. The Sunday Telegraph (Brenden Hills/August 3) said decorated soldier Darren Andrew Cole, 32, was found guilty of a host of both drug and weapons charges. According to the newspaper, Cole began his downward spiral after becoming addicted to the drug known as ice. His lawyer said his involvement in a 2005 rescue of Sea King helicopter crash victims prompted him to self medicate. Several friends and colleagues died in the accident.
