A wet Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman accepts a $5000 donation for swim lessons from Southwest Ambulance’s Pool Pack Program.  

Tempe is one of ten Arizona communities receiving donations to be administered by their local Parks and Recreation Department for swim lesson scholarships in hopes of preventing future child drownings.  (Also pictured are Aaron Moss, Tempe Operations Director for Southwest Ambulance and several Tempe kids receiving swim lessons).
