Former WWII US Navy corpsman  and Navy Cross honoree John Bradley who participated in the famous flag raising on Iwo Jima on February 23, 1945. Bradley died in 1994, but other survivors of the battle will gather in Wichita Falls, Texas from February 14-17 for the 22nd Annual Iwo Jima Reunion organized by the Iwo Jima Survivors Association of Texas.
