** Former EMS director in Tennessee indicted on rape charges involving female employees

** The former Bledsoe County EMS Director in Tennessee has been indicted on charges he sexually assaulted female employees. That is the word from a press release from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI/August 5) which said Pikesville resident William Allen Angel, 30, has been tagged with rape x 5, attempted rape x 1 and sexual battery x 11. According to the release, Angel was arrested July 31st for the incidents which occurred between April 2017 and September 2019. He is currently out of jail on a $300,000 bond. The investigation into Angel began in September 2019 at the behest of 12th District Attorney General J. Michael Taylor. Both the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Bledsoe County Sheriff’s Department were involved in the case.
