** A Pennsylvania man from Sunbury has been charged with felony aggravated assault x 2 after he allegedly attacked a paramedic and tried to spray blood on her. The Daily Item (Francis Scarcella/January 28) said Keith Elliott, 23, has also been tagged with simple assault. According to the newspaper, Elliott launched his onslaught Monday around 12:40 a.m. after being struck by a vehicle. Once inside the EMS unit, he punched the female provider in the abdomen several times, before ripping out his IV and spraying the contents at her and a police officer. Upon arrival at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Elliott, who seemed intoxicated, was sedated. He remains in jail pending the posting of a $100,000 cash bond. There is no word on his next court date.
