** New psyche evaluation ordered for man accused of killing FDNY EMT

** A Bronx, New York man, accused of running down and killing Fire Department of New York EMT Yadira Arroyo with her own ambulance two years ago, will now undergo yet another psyche evaluation. That is the word from News 12 The Bronx (February 7) which said Jose Gonzalez, 25, will face the examination so the court can determine his fitness to stand trial. According to the news site, the new testing comes after specialists for both the prosecution and the defence differed on Gonzalez’ mental state. Gonzalez’ next court date is March 14th.
