** Texas paramedic transferred to recovery hospital after August 19th accident at MVA scene

** A Texas paramedic from Waco, injured August 19th after being hit and pinned by another vehicle, will continue his recuperation in a recovery hospital. That is the word from KWTX (John Carroll/September 28) which said Rory Barros, 31, is making the move after 13 different surgeries and synthetic skin grafts. According to the news site, Barros suffered leg burns and fractures after the mishap at an MVA scene. He will undergo further skin graft surgery next month as well as surgery for his broken legs.
