** New York man accused of killing Bronx EMT appears in court

** A New York man accused of killing Bronx EMT Yadira Arroyo, 44, on March 16th appears in court today. That is the word from NY1 (August 25) which said a Bronx Criminal Court judge will rule on motions filed by the defence team of Jose Gonzalez, 25. Gonzalez has already pleaded not guilty to murder, manslaughter, and robbery. Arroyo died after Gonzalez allegedly ran her over with her own ambulance. Gonzalez’ attorneys say he is not mentally competent.
