** New Jersey EMT given 30 years in jail for child sexual exploitation conviction; rape case pending

** An Edison, New Jersey EMT was sentenced to 30 years in jail Thursday for sexually exploiting a 14-year-old girl. That is the word from The York Dispatch (Christopher Dornblaser/July 28) which said Michael Robert Janeski, 38, pleaded guilty in February to the federal charge. According to the newspaper, he coerced the girl into sending him sexually explicit photos and videos. A second case against Janeski involving the February 13, 2016 binding and raping of the girl remains pending. The charges include rape by forcible compulsion, aggravated indecent sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with minors and involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years old x 3. Both the Northern York County Police Department and the FBI are involved in the case.
