** California men arrested for attacking, threatening responding paramedics

UNITED STATES NEWS

** California police in San Jacinto have arrested two men who attacked responding paramedics Saturday with bricks and threatened to kill them. That is the word from KESQ (Zak Dahlheimer/May 1) which said the incident played out after EMS was hailed to treat a patient for an undisclosed medical condition. Upon arrival, Bobby Henry, 56, assaulted a fire captain, while his brother Tyrone Henry, 44, issued threats at them. The two then began pelting responders with bricks, forcing them to withdraw from treating the patient. Both culprits were arrested a short time later. Henry Jr. was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and battery on a firefighter. His brother, meanwhile, was tagged with criminal threats. Both were also hit with charges for obstructing emergency personnel in the performance. The fire captain involved in the melee suffered minor injuries. The extent of the damage to the ambulance was not detailed.
